Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Blerillae rhizoma from multiple provinces , so as to provide evidence for quality control of Blerillae rhizome .METHODS:HPLC method was adopted , the chromatographic separation was performed on Hypersi C18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column, and the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water in gradient elution .The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detect wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃.RESULTS:There were 15 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprint of the 10 batches of Blerillae rhizoma from different producing areas .CONCLUSIONS: The HPLC fingerprint method was comprehensive and reliable for the quality control of Blerillae rhizome .关键词
