Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the occurrence characteristics of adverse drug reactions ( ADR), so as to promote the rational drug use in clinic .METHODS:254 cases of ADR reports in nearly 4 years collected by clinical departments in Dalian Fifth Peoples ' Hospital were analyzed retrospectively with regard to patients ' departments distribution and causality assessment , age, gender, route of administration, involved drug categories, ADR involved organs and ( or) systems and clinical manifestations , severity and prognosis of ADR .RERSULTS: Of the 254 ADR cases, females were more than males and patients aged more than 50 years had a higher incidence than other age groups .ADR caused by intravenous drip was the most with 220 cases (86.61%) .ADR caused by antibiotics took the lead (95 cases, 37.40%), followed by traditional Chinese medicine injections (36 cases, 14.17%).The involved systems and(or) organs in ADR were mainly the skin and appendants (146 cases,57.48%).The new and severe ADR cases were 47 cases (18.50%) .All patients were improved or cured , without any deaths .CONCLUSIONS:The occurrence of ADR is closely related to many factors .It is necessary for medical staff to raise awareness , grasp the relevant knowledge of ADR and strengthen the monitoring work in clinic , so as to effectively reduce the incidence of ADR and ensure patients ' medication safety .关键词
