Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the characteristics of adverse drug reactions ( ADR) induced by cefuroxime , so as to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic .METHODS: Retrospective analysis was conducted on 100 cases of ADR from Xiantao the First People ' s Hospital from Jan .2015 to Jan.2016, the occurrence time of ADR, ADR involved systems and main manifestations . RESULTS: ADR induced by injections took the lead (98 cases, 98%).ADR involved systems were mainly skin and its accessories , totally 54 cases (54%), performed as skin rash , pruritus , nausea , urticaria and dizziness . The most common occurrence time of ADR was after administration of 10 min-30 min, totally 46 cases ( 46%) .After treatment , most patients were markedly improved , and some were cured .CONCLUSIONS: ADR induced by cefuroxime is severe .The clinic should strengthen the monitoring of the clinical use of cefuroxime in patients after administration , promote the rational drug use , reduce administration risks , so as to ensure the medication safety in patients .关键词
