Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the occurrence characteristics and general regularities of adverse drug reactions ( ADR) .METHODS:457 ADR cases collected by Jiaozuo Municipal the Second Peoples ' Hosipital ( hereinafter referred to as"our hospital") from Jan.2013 to Jan.2015 were statistically analyzed in respects of patients ' gender and age, ADR-inducing drugs, route of administration, ADR involved organs and (or) systems and clinical manifestation, etc.RESULTS:Of the 457 cases, females were more then males .The number of patients aged ≥61 years old took the lead, totally 128 cases (28.01%).The most common ADR were induced by intravenous drip (276 cases, 60.39%), followed by oral administration ( 69 cases , 15.10%) .Meanwhile , ADR induced by antimicrobial drugs took the lead (137 cases, 29.98%), followed by traditional Chinese medicine injections (57 cases, 12.47%).The most common clinical manifestations were the damage of skin and accessories , totally 198 cases and accounting for 24.15%. CONCUSIONS:It's important for the the hospital to pay close attention to the work of ADR reporting and monitoring in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR , and ensure the medication safety for patients .关键词
