Abstract
Trichophyton rubrum is the most common one in dermatophytes,not only causing superficial cutaneous tinea but also subcutaneous deeper infections,and even disseminated infections.The morphology of T.rubrum is varied and unstable.The infection due to T.rubrum is prone to recurrence,a big problem in clinic.Genotyping of T.rubrum can help to solve the question of relapse and reinfection,and can also be used to clarify the prevalence of the disease from molecular level.It is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of the disease.This paper is an overview of the progress on the genotyping technology of T.rubrum.关键词
