摘要
Abstract
Stroke is currently the second leading cause of human death. At present, due to the aging tendency of the population, improvement of living conditions, high working pressure, less physical activity and other causes, stroke morbidity is still high. Ischemic stroke caused by atherosclerosis because of hypertension, diabetes, smoking and many other factors is still accounting for a large proportion of stroke. The high morbidity, high mortality rate and high disability rate bring profound suffering to the society and family. The establishment of collateral circulation in the infarcted area during acute ischemic stroke can increase the blood supply in the ischemic area, protect the damaged brain tissue, minimize the damage of the brain tissue, reduce the infarct area and the mortality rate, in order to improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
