Canalplasty and Myringoplasty:House versus Fisch Techniques

Abstract
Canalplasty (external auditory canal plasty) is an integral part of myringoplasty (which is the technique of repairing tympanic membrane). In canalplasty, House and Fisch performed differently in the posterior auricle inci-sion, the posterior auricle periosteal flap, the external auditory canal incision, and management of the skin of the external auditory canal. In myringoplasty, House and Fisch differed in the concepts of underlay and overly, temporal fascia man-agement, tympanic ring management, making external ear canal skin flap, fascia placement, flap placement, and so on.关键词
