The Surgical Approaches for Resection of Temporal Bone Paraganglioma

Abstract
The nomenclature, types and surgical resection approaches for glomus jugulare tumors vary. De La Cruz and Fisch created their own typing systems. De La Cruz's typing is simple and practical, and Fisch's typing is more accurate. Infratemporal fossa approach type A is the first choice for those with involvement of internal carotid artery in the temporal bone and/or for those with intracranial jugular involvement.关键词
