临床药师参与大剂量阿片类药物癌痛会诊对患者疼痛及不良反应的分析
Consultation by clinical pharmacist improves efficacy and safety of high-dose opioid analgesics in cancer pain management
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of consultation by clinical pharmacists on cancer pain management with high-dose opioid analgesics.Methods Consultation of high-dose opioid analgesics was provided by clinical pharmacists in 29 cancer patients.The pain NRS score,breakthrough pain scores and times,and high-dose opioids analgesics-related adverse reactions were evaluated before and 1 week after consultation.Results The pain NRS score,break through pain scores and times1 week after the consultation were significantly lower than those before consultation (all P＜0.01) after 1 week.And the incidence of drug adverse reactions was also decreased,especially the constipation,nausea,vomiting,urinary retention were improved (P＜0.01).At the same time,the quality of life of patients was improved.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists consultation can significantly enhance the efficacy and safety of large dose of opioid therapy and improve the quality of life in patients with cancer pain.关键词
