孕早期母体甲状腺激素水平与孕中期增重的相关性研究
Correlation between maternal thyroid hormone levels in early pregnancy and weight gain in pregnant metaphase

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between maternal thyroid hormone levels in early pregnancy and weight gain in pregnant metaphase.Methods Total 2 533 pregnant women who received prenatal care province were recruited in the study.Serum levels of thyroid hormones TSH,FT3,FT4 were measured and the relationship between thyroid hormone level during 1st trimesters and the weight gain in the 2st trimester of pregnancy was analyzed by Pearson correlation and linear regression model.Results According to the inclusion,exclusion and rejection criteria,1 971 of 2 533 cases were included in the analysis.The serum TSH levels were gradually increased and FT3 and FT4 levels were gradually decreased in early,middle and late pregnant women (all P＜0.05).Pearson analysis showed that both in overall analysis or after BMI stratification there was no correlation between serum TSH,FT3,FT4 levels in early pregnancy and weight gain in pregnant metaphase (all P ＞0.05).After adjustment of maternal age,maternal BMI,gestational age,D-value of gestational age,TSH,FT3,FT4 levels,the linear regression showed the same results (all P ＞0.05).Conclusion It has no significant correlation between maternal thyroid hormone levels in early pregnancy and weight gain in pregnant metaphase.关键词
