摘要
Abstract
The mould hydraulic oscillator of single oscillating unit of billet or round billet CCM was developed,which features in high curve-imitation precision,simple structure,low weight,non-lubrication,simple and reliable control flow and long life,etc,is series completely leaf-spring guided and drove by single hydraulic cylinder.It is located on the inner curve or outside curve side.Due to the flexible driving of the buffer helical spring,transverse lead,guiding leaf-spring and hydraulic driving device,the curve or curve-imitation oscillation can be accomplished.Its successful application proves that the equipment is feasible and reliable for the high-frequency oscillation of billet or round billet continuous casting.关键词
