摘要
Abstract
Steering mechanism for space lighting biaxial servo drive demand put forward long life,high reliability two-phase hybrid stepper motor servo controller program.The controller with highly reliable MCU as the master circuit,time base circuit use LM555,LM139 comparator and DAC AD7228 sine segments consisting chopper constant current drive circuit,through integrated H-bridge circuit LMD18200 achieve the motor power output.Pointing mechanism for the realization of closed-loop control,based on the angle measuring device resolver to collect objects,used OSC-15801 and AD2 S80A as the excitation point and angle of collection agencies angle measurement circuits.This control scheme has a rotating mechanism smooth low-speed control,no low frequency oscillation phenomenon,control was simple,reliable,could meet the long life,small size,low spatial point biaxial mechanism control.关键词
