Strategy on Molecular Authentication of Animal Medicines
摘要
Abstract
In 2011,the authors put forward the strategies and goal of molecular identification in animal medicine.Now the goal has completed preliminaryly,including put forward the principles of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) molecular identification,research on the molecular identification kits,construct DNA barcode database of animal medicine and its standards.In this paper,we summarizes scientific research,technology and industrialization development of molecular identification in animal medicine in recent 5 years,further put forward to strengthen basic research of animal taxonomy,expanding research varieties,perfect the basic database construction,develop more effective and rapid detection methods to promoting standards formulated and industrialization development.关键词
