The Bionic Breeding Technology of Bufo gargarizans
摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the artificial breeding technology of toad(Bufo gargarizans Cantor)in Huaibei region of Anhui province.Through the cultivation experiment in the glass cylinder of laboratory,the control of the farming conditions and artificial management technology were established.The experiment simulated the imitations of the toads' natural habitat by manual intervention,including the control of water quality,temperature,humidity,adding oxygen and the protection measures from predators.To ensure the food diversity,we designed experiments to find the best feeding condition and reasonable formula.The study laid a foundation for the next step in the field of artificial stocking.关键词
