Abstract
The research status of the influences of environmental factors on fruit quality and flavor of tomatoes were summarized.The influences of light,temperature,moisture and fertilizer on the main indicators of fruit quality and flavor were analyzed.Problems in the research of environmental effects on fruit quality and flavor and future research trend were discussed.关键词
