Abstract
[Objective] To establish a method for simultaneous determination of quinolone and tetracycline antibiotics in pork.[Method] Using HLB cartridge for purification and elution,the qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed by HPLC-MS/MS MRM ion model.[Result] Using pork as substrate,the recoveries and relative standard deviations (RSD,n=3) were 75.7%-88.7%,1.2%-5.6% for tetracycline at 2 and 5 μg/kg spiking levels and 79.0%-90.5%,2.1%-6.3% for quinolone at 2 and 5 μg/kg spiking levels,respectively.The detection limits were 0.4-1.5 ng/mL for tetracycline and 0.5-2.0 ng/mL for quinolone.[Conclusion] The method can be successfully applied to the survey of antibiotics in pork.关键词
