京津冀协同发展背景下的区域综合环境风险评估研究
Regional integrated environmental risk assessment in collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

Abstract
An environmental risk assessment index was built for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region based on risk source hazard,control mechanism effectiveness and risk receptor vulnerability.Optimization and analytic hierarchy were used to set up weight of each index and to obtain 2 risk control values which can achieve mutual verification and mutual complementation;Gray correlation was used to analyze the dominant factors in environmental risks.High risk areas were found to be mainly distributed in Xingtai,Shijiazhuang,Tangshan;low risk areas were mainly distributed in Qinhuangdao,Chengde and Zhangjiakou.Environmental risk was at intermediate level in the rest of the region.关键词
