《黄帝内经》论述的病情变化规律验证研究
Validation of laws of disease progression in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine based on modern clinical reports
摘要
Abstract
Based on the modern clinical trials report on time to onset of various diseases, time to progression, and time of death, this paper used a way of deductive argument on disease course recorded in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine, so the profound practical significance of the thought of "annual variation period" and "daily variation period" in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine was proved.Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine interpreted two rules of disease progression-restriction or responsibility which was validated.By comparing the two rules, this paper put forward that restriction was the variation due to exterior environment exerting on disease, and responsibility was the variation due to patients' internal environment on disease.Only by combining with the two rules could the clinical practitioners find the keys to disease prognosis and death.关键词
