布托啡诺对妇科腹腔镜手术患者七氟烷MACBAR的影响
Effects of butorphanol on MACBAR of sevoflurane in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of butorphanol combined with remifentanil on the minimum alveolar concentration of sevoflurane (MACBRA) for blocking adrenergic response during laparoscopic gynaecological surgery.Methods:44 patients with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ undergoing gynaecocracy laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,control group and experimental group.Anaesthesia was induced by combining with propofol 2 mg/kg,cisatracurium 0.15 mg/kg and remifentanil 3 ng/mL given by target controlled infusion.Mechanical ventilation after endotracheal intubation and inhale sevoflurane to maintain anesthesia.The experiment group inhale sevoflurane and inject butorphanol 20 μg/kg at the same time.The hemodynamic changes was observed after pneumoperitoneum stimulation.The MACBRA of sevoflurane in each group was measured by sequential method.Results:.The sevoflurane MACBAR in control and experimental group was (1.76 ± 0.28) ％ and (0.92 ± 0.37) ％ respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions:Intravenous infusion of butorphanol 20 μg/kg can reduce the MACBRA of sevoflurane in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery by 48％,and make hemodynamics become more smooth.关键词
