乌司他丁辅助全身麻醉对合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平的影响
Influence of ulinastatin auxiliary general anesthesia on TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 levels of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the inhibition of ulinastatin auxiliary general anesthesia on TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 levels of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:80 cases of biliary tract diseases complicated with chronic obstructive pulmnonary disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 40 cases.The observation group was treated with ulinastatin auxiliary general anesthesia,the control group only used general anesthesia,discuss the changes of serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups of patients.Results:The peak airway pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at different stages after anesthesia,the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).The intraoperative and postoperative serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen after establishing pneumoperitoneum and postoperative 30 min and 60 min in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Ulinastatin auxiliary general anesthesia can reduce airway pressure in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,inhibiting inflammatory factors and reduce the damage of renal function.关键词
