球周麻醉与单纯表面麻醉在小梁切除术中的应用比较

Abstract
Objective:Our retrospective study was aimed to analyze the clinical efficacy of peribulbar anesthesia and topical anesthesia (combined with subconjunctival anesthesia) in treating glaucoma patients with trabeculectomy.Methods:Clinical data of 74(80 eyes) patients with glaucoma was retrospectively analyzed.Patients included were divided into two groups according to the different anesthesia,observe group (topical anesthesia combined with subconjunctival anesthesia,46 eyes) and control group (peribulbar anesthesia,34 eyes).The general information,anesthetic effect,the vision,visual acuity and intraocular pressure before and after operation,the occurrence of postoperative complications in two groups were compared.Results:The general information,anesthetic effect,the vision,visual acuity and intraocular pressure before and after operation and the occurrence of postoperative complications in two groups were with no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).The intraocular pressure of patients in two groups after operation obviously lower than the levels before operation (P ＜ 0.05).The intraocular pressure was well controlled after operation in two groups.There was no eyelid hemorrhage and conjunctival edema in observe group.Conclusion:The topical anesthesia combined with subconjunctival anesthesia) is effective and safe for glaucoma patients with trabeculectomy.关键词
