右美托咪定对依托咪酯抑制气管插管反应半数有效血药浓度的影响
Effect of preinjection dexmedetomidine on the half effective plasma concentration of etomidate inhibiting tracheal intubation response in elderly patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine preinjection on the plasma target-controlled infusion concen tration of etomidate at which 50％ of patients responded (Cp50) during induction of anesthesia by a modified Dixons up-and-down se quential method.Methods:The elderly patients undergoing selective operation with general aneschesia were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in Crovp A were adminstated dexmedetomidine 0.5 μg/kg 10 min before induction.Meanwhile.patients in group B were administrated the same volume of saline.The modified Dixon s up-and-down sequential method was used to determine the target plasma target-controlled infusion concentration of etomidate.The first concentration of etomidate was 0.30 μg/mL in Croup A and 0.40 μg/mL in Group B according to the pre-test.Adjacent concentrations increased or decreased by 0.1 μg/mL,when the sixth turning point appeared,the trial was ended.Results:21 patients in group A and 18 patients in group B were enrolled in the study.With probit regression analysis,Cp50 which suppressed tracheal intubation reacLion of etomidate is 0.62 p.g/mL of patients in group A (95％ CI:0.49 ～ 0.76 μg/mL),Cp50 is 0.91μg/mL in those of group B (95 ％ CI:O.t79 ～1.07μg/mL).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine can reduce the Cp50 of target-controlled infusing etomidate significantly during induction in elderly patients.关键词
