Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets combined with bioelectric stimulation in the treatment of neuropathological cancer pain.Methods:A total of 78 patients with moderate neuropathological cancer pain were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases for each group.The control group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets.The observation group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets and followed by bioelectric stimulation.Results:A shorter action time and a longer analgesic time were found in the observation group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment for 7 d,the analgesic effect in the observation group was superior than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and a lower incidence rate of constipation and nausea was also founded in the observation group (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets combined with bioelectric stimulation can enhance the analgesic efficacy and reduce the rate of adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with neuropathological cancer pain.关键词
