摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of diabetes mellitus on postoperative visual acuity with cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods:according to the random sampling method,62 cases (65 eyes) of diabetic cataract patients from March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected as the study group,and in the same period of non diabetic cataract patients with 58 cases (60 eyes) as control group.The patients of two groups were taken phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for the treatment,observe and record the two groups of patients with postoperative 1 month vision (vision correction),and complications occurred rate,different grades of corneal edema,and make statistical analysis.Results:The patients of the experimental group after 1 month assessment vision display,visual acuity 0.5 percentage was significantly lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05);postoperative various complications occurred rate in the study group was higher than that in control group,bat only fibrinous exudation,anterior chamber hematocele and posterior capsular opacification incidence compared with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05);the corneal ablation time of different grades in the study group slightly longer than control group at the same level,but had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Patients with diabetic cataract implementation of cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation can improve postoperative visual acuity,but compared with non diabetic,the effect was slightly worse,so diabetes has an affect on the postoperative visual acuity,attention should be strengthened.关键词
