Abstract
Objective:Retrospective analysis of the traditional method and the transilluminated powered phlebectomy of great saphenous vein varicosity short and long term clinical results.Methods:The 329 cases of patients were taken to different surgical methods into traditional group and transilluminated powered phlebectomy (TIPP) group,traditional group using surgical methods saphenous vein high ligation stripping,TIPP group with the great saphenous vein high ligation of varicose veins translucent peeling the method of surgery.Compare the mean blood loss,mean operative time,mean postoperative hospital stay,early postoperative complications (skin numbness,hematoma,phlebitis,deep vein thrombosis),the incidence of postoperative skin ulcer healing and recurrence rate (long term follow up) and other indicators.Results:There was no significant difference in incidence of the mean blood loss,mean operation time and early postoperative complications (skin numbness,hematoma,phlebitis,deep vein thrombosis),TIPP shorter postoperative hospital stay,postoperative skin ulcers fast,and lower recurrence.Conclusion:TIPP was significantly better than traditional surgery,with minimally invasive,rapid postoperative recovery and low recurrence rate advantages,long-term clinical results are obvious,especially suitable for severe varicose veins and lower limb skin ulcer the saphenous veins of patients.关键词
