Abstract
Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG (fluorine-18-2-deoxidation-D-glucose) SPECT-CT imaging for identifying Solitary Pulmonary Lesions after anti-inflammatory treatment.Methods:Analyze the imaging data of 37 patients with Solitary Pulmonary Lesions who underwent 18F-FDG SPECT-CT.All patients received anti-inflammatory treatment for one week or longer time.Compare image diagnosis with pathological diagnosis.Results:Pathological examination showed that 27 cases were malignant and 10 were benign,18 F-FDG SPECT-CT imaging shows 29 positive cases,8 negative cases,among which 5 were false positive cases,3 were false negative cases.The sensitivity and specificity of 18F-FDG SPECT-CT are 88.89％ and 50.0％.Conclusions:There is high value for 18 F-FDG SPECT-CT imaging to identify the benign and malignant of Solitary Pulmonary Lesions after anti-inflammatory treatment.关键词
