Abstract
Objective:To discuss early diagnosis value on the heart failure patients by copeptin,GDF-15 and NT-proBNP,and provide reference for the early diagnosis of heart failure patients.Methods:Clinical data of 246 cases of heart failure patients for treatment were analysed,and were select as observation group.249 healthy persons examined in our hospital were selected as the control group.Results:Serum CPP,GDF-15 and NT-proBNP in the observation group were significantly higher than these in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);With the increasing of the NYHA grade,the levels of serum CPP,GDF-15 and NT-proBNP levels significantly increased in observation group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The level of serum GDF-15 in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy group is significantly higher than this in the dilated cardiomyopathy group (t =12.15,P ＜0.001),it showed that CPP and NT-proBNP showed a positive correlation (r =0.368,P =0.012),and serum GDF-15 and NT-proBNP levels also showed a positive correlation (r =0.347,P =0.018) in observation group;analysis of ROC curve showed that when the NT-proBNP value is 441.1 ng/L,diagnostic sensitivity for heart failure was 79.09％,the specificity was 85.71％,the diagnostic value is superior to CPP and GDF-15.Conclusion:CPP,GDF-15 and NT-proBNP can be used as prediction index of the disease severity and risk stratification for patients with heart failure,has a certain value in clinical diagnosis.关键词
