西部某市社区卫生服务利用与满意度研究
The survey on utilization and satisfaction of community health service in a Western city
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand community health service utilization and satisfaction in the city,providing scientific inferences for further improving the public health service.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 450 patients which was selected based on a stratified random sampling,Epi Data 3.0 and SPSS Statistics 17.0 were used to process and analyze the data.Results:The utilization rate and the overall satisfaction of the residents to community health service was 54.5％ and 29％.The satisfaction rates for the residents to the doctor's and nurse's attitude were 74.6％ and 73.5％.But the satisfaction rates were only 17.2％,18.1％ and 22.2％ for the residents to medical service price,drug price and institutional facilities.Conclusion:The utilization rate is very low,satisfaction rate for community health service is low in this city.关键词
