Abstract
Objective:To investigate the utilization condition of antihypertensive drugs in the hospitals in Shanghai,and to evaluate the reasonability of drug administration,so as to provide basis for the decision of food and drug administration,medical insurance institution and drug manufactures and operating enterprises,promote the level of drug administration in medical institution,and preserve the body health of public population.Methods:Statistical analysis of the classification,specification and dosage of antihypertensive drugs purchased from 119 sample hospitals in Shanghai from 2010 to 2014 were made,so as to analyze and evaluate the data of defined daily dosage and frequency of drug administration.Results:The frequency of calcium channel blockers(CCB) and angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB) in a leading position.The dosage of new fixed compound agents and β receptor antagonists increased quickly while that of traditional fixed compound agents decreased prominently.Conclusion:The application of antihypertensive drugs in Shanghai basically confirms to the therapeutic guidelines,and their application demand is showing an increasing tendency,with excellent market prospect.关键词
