子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫切口妊娠护理体会
Nursing experience of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of uterine incision pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the key nursing points of incision pregnancy after cesarean section by the treatment of uterine artery embolization.Methods:60 patients treated with uterine arterial embolization were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 patients each.Comprehensive nursing intervention of preoperative,postoperative and discharge education were carried out in the experimental group while routine nursing were carried out in the control group.The differences in length of hospital stay and the amount of vaginal bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results:The average hospitalization time of experimental group is shorter than that of the control group(t =-3.163,P =0.002),and the amount of vaginal bleeding is less than that of the control group (U =14.000,P =0.000).Conclusions:The comprehensive nursing of patients with uterine artery embolization in treatment of uterine incision pregnancy is conducive to the recovery of patients and has better clinical effects.关键词
