Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods:A total of 108 patients with DPN were randomly divided into control group and observation group,54 cases for each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with evidence-based nursing.The changes of self-efficacy and negative emotions on admission and at discharge were observed in both groups,and the degree of mastering disease knowledge and satisfactory degree of nursing were also evaluated.Results:Toronto clinical scoring system (TCSS) scores decreased evidently at discharge than those on admission in both groups,and the scores were notably lower in observation group than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Self-efficacy scores of diet control,regular exercise,drug administration compliance,foot nursing and pretreatment of hyper-and hypotension increased markedly in both groups at discharge than those on admission,which were notably higher in observation group than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).The self-rating depression scale (SDS) and selfrating anxiety scale (SAS) scores decreased prominently at discharge than those on admission,which were obviously lower in observation group than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).At discharge,observation group was apparently higher than control group in the degree of mastering disease knowledge and satisfactory degree of nursing (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions:Evidenceb-ased nursing can effectively increase the self-efficacy and degree of mastering disease knowledge,improve negative emotions and promote satisfactory degree of nursing in patients with DPN.关键词
