The research of ING4 gene in the progress of tumor cell apoptosis
摘要
Abstract
Inhbitor of growth family 4(ING4) is a novel tumor suppressor reported recently.As an important member of antioncogene family,it was involved in regulation of gene transcription,cell growth regulation,cell apoptosis,suppression of loss of contact inhibition,DNA repair,angiogenesis,promoting cell autophagy,which have a significant impact on the progression and prognosis of tumor.The tumor cell apoptosis is a hot topic in the tumor research.ING4 plays a critical role in the process of tumor cell apoptosis,which can induce apoptosis by mitochondria independent way and death receptor way,and can participate in tumor celll apoptosis through regulating apoptotic gene.关键词
