从"火与元气不两立"论肺癌发热
Fever of lung cancer from the "fire and vigor incompatibility"
摘要
Abstract
Fever of lung cancer is one of the most important symptoms of advanced lung cancer. There are reported in the literature, about 2/3 cancer patients with the onset of fever, which directly related to cancer fever accounting for about 40%. Lung cancer belongs to heat, blood stasis and phiegm of traditional Chinese medicine, fever, or fever, chills, chills and fever, or strong heat, sweating, or low heat lingering, caused byqi andyin injury, pathogenesis of total genera positive imaginary evil. Based on the theory of "fire and vigor incompatibility", the use of invigorating the spleen and stomach, method of eliminating heat and purging fire treatment of lung fever, both earthing up gold, strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, but also to reduce he side effects of chemotherapy,enhance the body resistance, improve the patients quality of life, prolonging the survival period, this method provides new clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined in the treatment of lung fever.关键词
