黄芩苷抗博来霉素大鼠肺纤维化作用及机制研究
Effect and mechanism study of baicalin on pulmonary fibrosis in rats caused by bleomycin

Abstract
Objective To investigate the pathological changes and mechanism study of baicalin on lung tissue of rats pulmonary fibrosis.Methods Pulmonary fibrosis model was constituted by injecting bleomycin in tracheas of rats, treated with baicalin injected in cavum-abdominis, 28 days later, estimated the extent of alveolar catarrh in lung tissue and pulmonary fibrosis by HE and Masson staining and the expression of TGF-β1in lung tissue by immunohistochemistry.Results Pulmonary alveoli inflammation and pulmonary fibrosis decreased in the Baicalin treatment group, and there was significant difference compared to the model group(P<0.05); TGF-β1 expression in the baicalin treatment group decreased significantly compared to the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Baical could treat the pulmonary fibrosis, the underlying mechanism is to inhibit TGF-β1 expression.关键词
