段亚亭从肝肾论治崩漏经验
DUAN Yating experiences for the treatment of metrorrhagia based on hepatorenal
摘要
Abstract
DUAN Yating believes that uterine bleeding is closely related to the physiological functions and pathological changes of liver and kidney and holds the opinion that "symptoms control first when patients in emergency, cure the reason of disease when patients is steady" as the basic principles in treatment with UB. He creatively claimed smoothing the liver,tonifying kidney and Guchong Zhixue as main therapeutic principle. He uses the methods of "Sheliu", "Chengyuan" and "Fujiu" flexibly. While in the treatment of UB, he always uses medicine with function of smoothing liver and dispelling melancholy. In order to treating liver and nourishing kidney, especially focus on nourishing liver and kidney, bleeding to cure kidney to UB. Then, to restore the viscera function and adjust the menstrual cycle.关键词
