Professor Nanzheng in the treatment of Xiao-Ke using Ziyin clear heat,qi and nourishing Yin, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Professor Nanzheng in the treatment of Xiao-Ke using Ziyin clear heat, qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Methods 993 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 496 patients, 496 patients in the control group, the treatment group to guided the Ziyin treatment methods were clear heat,qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,control group 497 cases, joint Shenqi Jiangtang the basis of conventional therapy capsule. Observe the changes of the course of treatment in patients with FBG, 2-hour post-meal blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin . 4 weeks for a course of treatment.Results After two courses, the total efficiency of treatment group was 82.66%, the control was 66.39%, the treatment group was significantly higher. FBG, 2-hour post-meal blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01), but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05); Before and after treatment, both groups of TCM clinical symptoms and signs was improved, the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Professor Nanzheng in the treatment of Xiao-Ke using Ziyin clear heat, qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis can significantly reduce the FBG, 2-hour post-meal blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin levels and can delay the development of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
