脊仙通痹方对腰椎间盘突出症患者血清TNF-α、IL-1的影响

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jixian Tongbi decoction in the treatment of protru-sion of lumbar intervertebral disc and its effect on serum inflammation media.Methods The patients will conform to the standard of 80 cases of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, they were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group (n=40). Two groups were given routine acupuncture treatment, the control group were given celebrex, observation group was given Jixian Tongbi decoction (rhizoma cibotii, dipsacus asperoids, radix clematidis, angelica pubescens, herba taxilli,rhizoma corydalis, achyranthes bidentata,herba lycopodti, cinnamomum cassia presl, radix paeoniae alba, radix glycyrrhizae, etc.). Observe the effectiveness of two groups before and after treatment, pain JOA score, serum tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha), interleukin 1 (IL 1) content. Results The two groups before and after treatment of efficient, JOA score, TNF alpha, IL -1 have significant differences, observation group is better than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Jixian Tongbi Granule can reduce the content of TNF alpha and IL-1 in patients blood, and it has a good effect for the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.关键词
