化痰除湿祛瘀法结合手术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎
Treatment of knee osteoarthritis with the method ofHuatan Chushi Quyu and surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Huatan Chushi Quyu preparation and surgery in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods 103 knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=52) was treated with arthroscopic treatment or knee replacement therapy.The test group (n=51) was treated with Huatan Chushi Quyu preparation and arthroscopic treatment or knee replacement therapy. Both for 8 weeks. A comparative analysis was carried out with respect to Womac index,Lequesne scale, as well as the levels of IL-1, TNF-a in blood.Results The effective percentage in the test group (64.71%) was significantly higher than the control group(40.38%).After treatment, Womac index and Lequesne scale in blood are Significantly better than the control group(P<0.05); The levels of IL-1 in blood were significantly reduced after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic method of Huatan Chushi Quyu preparation and surgery.关键词
