中药内服外用对关节镜下膝前交叉韧带重建术后早期康复的影响
Traditional Chinese medicine internal and external usage of early rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction under arthroscopy

Abstract
Objective To study the curative effect of internal and external Chinese traditional medicine usage of arthroscopy knee anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction under the influence of early recovery of knee joint function.Methods Our hospital orthopaedics in March 2015 to April 2016, included in the standard of 60 patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament injury, they were randomly divided into two groups, each 30 cases. Observation group for postoperative oral joints have Guxiyi decoction, with regular function rehabilitation training, the control of simple routine function rehabilitation training, both groups of 12 weeks treatment, by adopting LYSHOLM scale to evaluate the clinical efficacy, looked at 1,2,4 weeks after surgery of knee joint function rehabilitation.Results After 1,2,4 weeks of treatment, knee pain, knee circumference and joint mobility were better in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); There was significant difference in the stability of the joint before and after treatment(P<0.01),Lysholm knee function score before and after treatment were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The arthroscopy downward early postoperative knee ACL reconstruction using internal and external Chinese medicine, combined with the conventional rehabilitation training that can promote limb swelling and relieving pain, as soon as possible to restore the function of the knee joint is very important.关键词
