玉屏风散联合穴位贴敷对反复呼吸道感染患儿血清免疫球蛋白和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响
Influence of Yupinfeng combined with piont sticking on serum immunoglobulin and the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections

Abstract
Objective To explore the yupinfeng combined with point sticking on serum immunoglobulin and the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.Methods 86 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were selected from our hospital. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, 43 cases in each group, the control group was given routine care, the experimental group was treated with Yupingfeng combined with point sticking on the basis of control group. Each group should be treated for two courses, each course of 15 days. After the end of nursing, we compared the two groups of clinical total effective rate, serum immunoglobulin, T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.70% and the control group was 69.77%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The two groups of serum immunoglobulin were improved, and the IgG, IgA, IgM levels of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The two groups of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were improved, the treatment group of the improvement of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and the reduction of CD8+ were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng combined with point sticking can benefit the spleen and lung, escort solid table, improve the immune function and the clinical symptoms caused by repeated respiratory tract infections, and effective treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections.关键词
