Kidney invigorate the phlegm and psychological nursing treatment for kidney and phlegm stasis mutual junction polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of kidney invigorate the phlegm and psychological nursing treatment for kidney and phlegm stasis mutual junction polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 68 cases of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis mutual knot type polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 34 each. Control group received Desogestrel and Ethinylestr adiol tablets from the fifth day after menstrual or withdrawal bleeding for 21 days, and repeated the treatment for 3 courses, metformin hydrochloride 500mg/times, for 3 months. Experiment group received more with method of tonifying kidney promoting bloodand eliminating sputum decoction and nursing methods. Clinical efficacy, levels of sex hormones, glucose metabolism and adverse reactions were compared after the treatment.Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the experiment group was higher (P<0.05). After the treatment, serum E2 in two groups increased, the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05), T, LH, FSH, LH/ FSH levels decreased, the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05), the serum levels of FPG, FINS and HOMA-IR decreased in two groups decreased(P<0.05), the experimental group was lower than the control group.Conclusion Method of tonifying kidney promoting bloodand eliminating sputum and nursing methods in the treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis mutual knot type polycystic ovary syndrome has obvious curative effect, it can regulate the level of sex hormones and glucose metabolism.关键词
