早期康复干预对急性脑卒中患者的疗效观察
Clinical observation of early rehabilitation intervention for patients with acute cerebral apoplexy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on motor function recovery and neurological function in patients with hemiplegia after acute stroke.Methods 103 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients were divided into rehabilitation group and control group, the control group have 50 cases and rehabilitation group have 53 cases. The control group was received routine treatment and nursing and the rehabilitation group was conducted rehabilitation training in the early. Barthel(BI), Fegl-Mevyer(FMA)and nerve function are evaluated after eight weeks.Results BI index and simple FNA integral nerve function score of rehabilitation group were significantly higher than control group. Compared with two groups, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation training can accelerate the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral apoplexy and improve the limb motor function and life self-care ability.关键词
