Different anesthesia methods on gynecological laparoscopic surgery effect of CO2 pneumoperitoneum on respiratory and circulatory function

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of different anesthesia methods under CO2 pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic gynecological surgery on respiratory and circulatory function.Methods 82 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups, 41 cases in each group. The observation group 1was treated with combined spinal epidural anesthesia and the observation group2 was treated with general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation.Results Respiratory function: the different time periods, SpO2 comparison of the two groups had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), after pneumoperitoneum and exhaust PETCO2 paw compared with significant statistical difference (P<0.05); cyclically features: T2 time two groups of HR, SBP, DBP, T3 time two groups of DBP compared with significant statistical difference (P<0.05), other times in the two groups above indexes showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion For gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in patients with carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum, the implementation of lumbar epidural combined anesthesia has a smaller effect on respiratory and circulatory function, should be promoted.关键词
