《医院管理学 》课程设计及教学效果评价研究
Course design and teaching effect evaluation of Hospital Administration

Abstract
Objective The research is based on the Hospital Management of course design and teaching effect assessment and provides basis in order to improve the quality of teaching.Methods Investigate 61 students of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as the basis of survey, and analyze their understanding and evaluation of the course's content and teaching effect by using questionnaire. Results Content of courses: chapter in the syllabus can reflect the main function of hospital management. Key and difficult contents were clear. Course design: the teaching methods are diversity. Theoretical and case teaching are more easily accepted and increase the proportion of classroom discussion. Teaching effect: the majority of respondents are satisfied and have mastered the basic ideas and methods. Conclusion Basic meets the requirements of the teaching goal. Teaching methods should be flexible. Teaching content should be close to hot spots. Must be increase students'practice opportunity and improve teachers'comprehensive quality.关键词
