《针灸甲乙经》中妇科疾病的取穴规律探析
Study on rules of acupoints selection in treating gynecological diseases in a-b classic of acupuncture and moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
Objective To collate sentences and analyse selection rules of gynecological diseases in A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods The research object is A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion that was published by people's Health Publishing House in 2006. To count diseases, meridians and acupoints of gynecological diseases according to traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform and to analyse selection rules combined with Chinese medicine theory.Results There are 49 sentences, 35 kinds of gynecological diseases and 48 acupuncture points in A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion. The main meridians are the liver meridian, stomach meridian and Ren. Points are concentrated in the abdomen and lower limbs. Five Shu points and Mu puints were used most frequently.Conclusion The selection rules of gynecological diseases in A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion are three. First, the single point was chosen and paid more attention to meridians of feet. Second, pay attention to the role of Renand be good at using abdominal acupuncture points. Third, attach importance to the application of specific points.关键词
