摘要

Abstract

Gastrointestinal motility is an important influencing factor of human body digestion,but how to assess gastrointestinal motility has become a difficult problem in medical diagnosis and research.Based on the Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE)Technology,a low power dissipation monitoring system is designed,which can dynamically monitor the pressure,temperature,electrical conductivity and pH of the stomach.After analyzing the hardware and software design respectively,the clinical animal experiment is presented.The measurement accuracy of pressure,temperature,electrical conductivity and pH can respectively reach ±0.5 kPa,±0.1 ℃,±0.1 ms and ±0.05 PH,and the experimental results show that the system has good performance and stability,communication success can reach 99%,can work more than 90 days,response time is less than 1 s,storage can backup 10 000 frame data.This design is expected to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of disorders of gastrointestinal motility(DGIM)and other gastrointestinal disorders,and to seek a new way to promote the study of gastrointestinal motility.
