An Icing Detection Method Using Double Optical PathsBased on Memristor-Bridge Effect

Abstract
In recent years,a great effort has been devoted to the study of icing detection technology with the requirement of de-icing.However,the measurement range is limited by the front slope and back slope of detective curve,and the circuit size is large.In order to solve the above problems,this paper presents a square end surface probe distribution mode as well as a memristor-bridge structure which has signification amplification.The memristor-bridge detects the ice thickness by sensing voltage across the perception memristor.Experiment and Simulation results show that the installation area is 12.6% less than the traditional optical fiber probe,and the bridge structure is capable to eliminate optical path disturbance and enlarge ice thickness measurement range to 38 mm.关键词
