液态肥扭力靶式流量计的研制及试验研究
Development and Experimental Study of a Torque TargetFlowmeter for Liquid Fertilizer
摘要
Abstract
In order to detect the flow of liquid fertilizer in fertilizer outlet in variable fertilization system,a kind of liquid fertilizer torque target flowmeter is developed.Flow meter structure is designed based on the conversion of force-torque tube-strain voltage,the mathematical model of flow and strain voltage is developed;The effects of different target shapes and different diameters ratio on the flowmeter performance is analyzed based on FLUENT software;Prototype machine is made and the performance of the torque target flowmeter is tested.Experimental results show that,the torque target flowmeter measurement results are stable and reliable,the measured flow rate range is 0.2 m3/h~3.9 m3/h,the error is less than 2.0%FS.It meets the requirement of flow measurement in the variable rate fertilization system of liquid fertilizer.关键词
