稀土Nd对AZ 31镁合金铸态组织和力学性能的影响

摘要
Abstract
An AZ 31-xNd alloy was made in an atmosphere resistance furnace (x=0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%).The microstructure observation and analysis of the alloy with different neodymium content were carried out by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron spectroscopy analyzer (EDS).The experimental results shows that neodymium formes Al3Nd and Mg12Nd phases in the AZ 31-xNd alloy, causing grain refinement of AZ31 magnesium alloy, thus improving the mechanical properties at the room temperature.The as-cast ultimate strength and elongation first increases and then decreases with increase of neodymium content.关键词
