调质熔渣制备矿渣棉及棉板的中试研究
Pilot-scale research on slag wool and cotton board prepared by quenched slag
摘要
Abstract
An experimental platform of electric arc furnace for molten slag quenching was developed by the authors.Taken quenched blast furnace molten slag as a raw material, a pilot-scale research was conducted on mineral wool and cotton board preparation by centrifugal fiberizing process at the platform.Properties the of slag wool and cotton board were analyzed.The results showed that: the slag wool produced at the experimental platform has a smooth cylindrical surface.With increase of acidity coefficient, the diameter and slag ball content increases and they are in line with the inter national standards.All properties of the cotton board can meet requirement of the indexes.The authors technology can not only solve the applied path for the sensible heat of blast furnace, but also can increase the added value of the blast furnace slag.It is believed that the authors' technology has a broad application prospect.关键词
